Question: What is the best way to find out if the Sunblock you bought does what it claims to do? Answer: Put it all over yourself and hang out on the beach all day. If you burn to a crisp, you know the SPF 16 sunblock made in Thailand is likely just expensive lotion. (Even if you do re-apply throughout the day. Wouldn't want to be burned while we try to Scuba dive, now would we?) So, having learned our lesson about Thai sunblock, we head into our second day of Scuba certification with an added distraction: sun burns.
Despite that whole ordeal, we are enjoying our time on this little island and looking forward to our next scuba lesson. We're trying not to complain here...
Sidenote: It looks like the memory card in our camera picked up a virus somewhere along the way. Perhaps Bangkok... surpise, surprise. So it may be a while before we have photos on the blog. We'll do our best as we know that is the best part for any male readers out there.

Having sunday dinner in a couple of hours....wish I could pick up the phone and tell you to get your sunburned asses over here ( I made the assumption that the overall area of the burn was larger than it might have been at a US beach). Sounds like Taffett's response to the ferry, is about the same as it was to Ryan's political jabs....oh to be there and get Dave's witty commentary. Take care, try not to pick up any more viruses and take solace...it's snowing like a banshee in Kalispell
