About 8,000 miles... Here's what the route looks like. Not exactly, but Lindsay will keep us on track.

It was tough to leave the Flathead Valley... especially when it's looking so good! It was a great send-off. A great going away party and perfect weather the morning after. We'll miss these views like crazy, along with our friends and family. Off to Coeur d'Alene and Seattle. Go little car, go!

Empty house... full storage unit. After a few weeks of packing up our house, we finally loaded up the truck and drove out to Oregon. We're days away from being officially unemployed and homeless... Wednesday makes it official. That's when we'll begin our road trip around the west. Boxing up everything you own and packing a suitcase has proven to be a very liberating experience. More to come...
